Talk to the people who report, edit and publish NewsDunia
Whether you are sending a tip, asking for a correction, licensing our reporting or planning a campaign, this page routes you to the right desk. Our office is in Greater Kailash, New Delhi, and we answer Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
Start where it suits you
Three ways into the same conversation. Every route lands with a named editor or account lead the same working day.
See the syndication and campaign dashboard
A 30-minute walkthrough of the licensing feed, the sponsorship inventory calendar and the reporting we send partners each month. Screen share, no installation, recording available on request.
Priced rate card for your brief
Tell us the sections, formats and flight dates and we return a written quotation with deliverables, cancellation terms and GST clearly separated. Most quotes go out within two working days.
Speak to an editor or account lead
For editorial partnerships, institutional access and complex briefs, we put you on a call with the person who will actually own the work — not a call-centre queue.
Send us an enquiry
One form for every commercial and reader-support request. Choose the button that matches what you want to happen next.
The newsroom desk directory
Who handles what, and how quickly you should expect to hear back. Every route below is read by an editor, not an automated queue.
News tips and story leads
Documents, datasets, photographs and first-hand accounts. Tell us what you have, how you came by it and whether anyone else is working on it. We verify independently before we publish anything.
Confidential and protected tips
If disclosure could put you at professional or personal risk, say so in your first line and stop there. We will reply with a route that does not travel through this form, agree what may be attributed, and treat your identity as protected information under our source-confidentiality policy.
Please do not send sensitive material from a work device or work account. Source-identifying data is stored separately from ordinary correspondence, is not indexed, and is withheld from analytics and advertising systems entirely.
Corrections and clarifications
Point us to the headline, the date and the sentence you believe is wrong, with the source that supports your version. Nothing is dismissed for being inconvenient.
Letters to the editor
Up to 300 words, on a story we have published in the last fortnight, with your full name and the city you are writing from. We edit for length and legal risk only, and we tell you before we publish.
Press and media enquiries
Interview requests, spokesperson availability, masthead assets and comment on our own reporting. Please include your deadline in the subject line — we work to it.
Syndication, reprints and careers
Licensing individual articles, republishing under a partner agreement, classroom and library use, and applications to join the newsroom. Syndication requests should name the territory, the language and the intended run.
Requesting a correction
We would rather be corrected than be quietly wrong. Here is exactly what happens when you tell us we have made a mistake.
-
1. Send us the specifics
Give us the headline, the publication date, the paragraph or figure in question, and the evidence that supports your version. Screenshots help. Requests without a specific claim attached take longer because we have to work out what is being disputed.
-
2. We check it within 48 hours
An editor who did not write the original story reviews the claim against the reporter’s notes and source material. You will hear back within two working days even if the review is still open, so you are never left wondering.
-
3. We correct in the open
Confirmed factual errors are fixed in the article and carry a dated correction note at the foot of the page explaining what changed. We do not silently edit published copy. Where the error was material to the headline, we also flag it in the following day’s newsletter.
-
4. If you disagree with the outcome
You may escalate to the Grievance Officer named in our Privacy Policy, who operates the grievance mechanism required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Escalations are acknowledged within 24 hours and disposed of within 15 days.

Contact questions we are asked most
Four short answers before you write to us.
Enquiries submitted through the form on this page are read the same working day and answered within one working day for subscription and billing matters, and within two for commercial quotations. News tips are acknowledged within four working hours during office hours. Messages that arrive over the weekend are picked up on Monday morning, except where the duty desk judges them time-critical.
Yes. Write one line saying that you need a protected route and nothing further, and an editor will reply with arrangements that do not travel through this website. We will agree in advance what may be attributed to you and what may not, and we honour that agreement.
Source-identifying material is held separately from ordinary correspondence, is excluded from analytics and advertising systems, and is subject to the heightened protection described in our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose it except where a court of competent jurisdiction compels us, and we will tell you if that happens unless the law forbids it.
No, and we never will. Corrections are free and are assessed purely on the evidence. Commercial relationships with advertisers, sponsors or syndication partners have no bearing on whether a story is amended, and no advertiser sees editorial copy before publication.
We also do not remove accurate archive reporting on request. Where a subsequent development changes the picture, we add a dated update note linking to the newer story rather than deleting the record.
Not without a written licence. Select “Content Syndication” on the form above and tell us the territory, the language, the number of articles and the intended run. Educational and library use is licensed on separate, materially lower terms.
Short quotations with a visible link back to the original are welcome and need no permission. Bulk scraping, automated extraction and use of our journalism to train machine-learning systems are not permitted — the position is set out in our Terms of Use.
Still not sure which desk you need?
Send it to us anyway. We would rather route your message internally than have you hold on to a story, a correction or a question because the form did not have an obvious box for it.
