Water-testing audit forces 214 municipal wards to republish their quality reports

Eight months of ward-level sampling records, obtained under transparency law and cross-checked against laboratory logs, showed that a fifth of the wards surveyed had published summary figures that could not be reconciled with their own test sheets. Three municipal corporations have since moved to monthly disclosure with raw readings attached.
